18.1. This promotion is open to entrants aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of Tesco UK, their agents and anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition.
18.2. By entering the Tesco IC '#ThatMomentWhen Follow & RT' competition on or after Thursday December 04th 2014, users are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and agreed to be bound by them and any requirements set out in accompanying material.
18.3. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
18.4. There is one promotion for £10 free Tesco International Calling credits ‘#ThatMomentWhen Follow & RT’ competition starting on Thursday December 04th 2014. To enter users must do the following:
a. Follow the Twitter handle @TescoIC.
b. Retweet the promotional Tweet to announce the competition from Thursday December 04th 2014.
18.5. The promotional period for this competition runs from Thursday December 04th 2014 at 12.00pm until Wednesday December 31st 2014 at 23:59pm.
18.6. Any entries received after 23.59pm on Wednesday December 31st 2014 will not be counted. The promoter reserves the right to change or cancel the promotional dates at any time without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
18.7. All winners will be selected after the promotional period during week commencing January 05th 2015. Winners will be contacted via a DM after selection.>br />
18.8. There is a total of 20 winners during the promotional period of Thursday December 04th 2014 to Wednesday December 31st 2014:
a. There are a total of 20 £10 Tesco International Calling free call credits. Users who follow and retweet @TescoIC’s promotional tweet will be eligible for selection by our independent judge. These vouchers can only be redeemed within the mobile application Tesco International Calling. Terms and conditions apply.
18.9. An independent person will select the winners at random from those entries received from Thursday December 04th 2014 at 12.00pm to Wednesday December 31st 2014 at 23.59pm. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18.10. Winners will be contacted via Direct Message.
18.11. Winners contacted by @TescoIC will be required to claim their prize within 2 days of being contacted. To claim their prize, the winner will need to supply the following details: mobile phone number registered to Tesco International Calling account.
18.12. For those winners who have won a £10 Tesco International Calling credit, the prizes will be applied directly to the account as per point 11.
18.13. By entering the Competition, entrants (or if aged under 18 years, with consent of entrant’s parent or legal guardian) are deemed to grant permission to @TescoIC for their entry, name, twitter handle and avatar to be used on any of Tesco International Calling’s personalised images, Vines and on all Tesco International Calling social channels and pages on the Tesco International Calling UK website.
18.14. By entering into the Competition, users grant Tesco International Calling permission to promote some of the personalised content (images, Vines or tweets) with paid media on Twitter, which may include the user’s Twitter handle, name and entry.
18.15. There is no cash or other alternative to the vouchers in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 working days from the closing date of the promotion.
18.16. Tesco International Calling reserves the right to verify, at any time during or after the closing of the promotion, the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
18.17. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days from the time that notification is sent, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
18.18. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route and accepts no responsibility for non-receipt or late receipt of entries due to technical difficulties. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
18.19. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
18.20. The Promoter reserves the right to (a) disqualify any entrant which the Promoter believes has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions, and (b) select an alternative winner in respect of any Prize they may have won.
18.21. The allocation of the Prizes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18.22. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. Prizes will be sent out by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for and it is the responsibility of the winners to collect the prize. It is the responsibility of the postal service, not the Promoter, if prizes are lost during transit. In this instance, the Promoter will not supply a substitute prize under any circumstance and no communication will be entered into regarding this matter.
18.23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the entrant.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Tesco International Calling and its affiliates, and not to Twitter.
